ReplyDeleteChica! Welcome!! And Twende Kazi!
DeleteHi, my name is Tweetie and I am a Procrastinator.
ReplyDeleteI am signing up for the challenge because accountability should help me deal with the procrastination. I am too easy on myself. Foods I am dropping: wheat in all forms and esp store-bought breakfast cereal which is probably the only remaining wheat-based product I consume. I am upping my Kefir intake, makes an awesome recovery snack. I am cutting back my red meat intake, I will incorporate more greens through smoothies. I am signing up for a new Kettlebells workout challenge, with a bias for fat-loss workouts. I will keep a food journal and workout journal as well. This here is my pledge to my body for the month of October, so help me God. Target weight loss, 5 kilos minimum.
For a procrastinator that is a really detailed challenge! :) Whats Kefir? Are you in Nairobi (asking re wheat and kettlebells). have you joined myfitnesspal?
DeleteHehehe I am aiming for the sky :-) Kefir is a probiotic drink made in the house using milk kefir grains. Check this out http://www.kefir.net/what-is-kefir/ should ideally help with my tummy issues. Yes, I am in Nairobi, will try look for substitutes for any wheat-based meals posted. I get really painful spasms from eating wheat products when my IBS is acting up, like now. Have no choice here. It has been a month since I kinda stopped procrastinating, joined a gym, faithfully worked out 4 days a week too! ..... hehehe. As for Kettlebells I learnt about them from Daisy of OLTPB, bought 1 from NSH & absolutely love it.
DeleteHave just joined fitness pal as Tweetieciru
